Chinese New Year is one of my favourite festival and even more so when you are far away from home. Miss all the new year goodies so much, so my friend and I decided to make some for ourselves. We settle on making kueh bangkit and pineapple tarts - two of our favourite goodies and a must have...yum yum...We have been so busy baking these few days and it seems like a long time since I am so busy. Somehow it makes me feel useful...hahaha...

I feel the same too... and this usefulness have filled our tummy. Yum yum... thanks again for all the hard work! Tiring.. but enjoyed every moment of it!
